An honest person has little doubt that religion has caused and is causing most of humanity's past and current problems. If the people of Earth are going to fix the problems that face humanity, religion must be confronted. Religion continues to create problems because it is not properly understood for what it really is and how it really came to be.

 

Recorded history is a series of events presented according to the bias, prejudice, and subjective perception of the one who records it. History often repeats itself. Humans study history in order to understand their mistakes and hopefully move forward without repeating them. However, if history is reported incorrectly, then the causes of past mistakes are also incorrect and cannot be properly understood or corrected.

 

Mistakes will continually be repeated until humans understand the REAL causes of their own mistakes. Therefore, humanity can only be saved by understanding Real Truth®, which is a knowledge of things as they really are and as they really were in the past. With a correct understanding of the REAL causes of humanity's past and current mistakes, there exists a greater potential that history will not repeat itself.

This book explains the Real Truth® about religion, its beginnings, and that which we have done through religion in order to solve some of the problems it has created for humanity.

 

No heart or mind is harder to penetrate than a religious one. Religion is used to keep a person in captivity to those who the person is convinced know the mysteries of God (or rather, to those who claim to know God's will). God should be able to explain His own mysteries. If a person claims to be a servant of God and cannot explain His mysteries "in full," then such claimant does not properly represent God. 

 

We are those who understand the "mysteries of God in full." We have the answers to these mysteries. However, we cannot penetrate the hard heart or mind of a religious person, only according to "the heed and diligence which they give unto [God]." A person who only heeds the Bible, for example, can only be taught through the Bible. Throughout history, we have made various attempts to give humanity the "greater portion of the word, until it is given unto [humanity] to know the mysteries of God in full." The religious-minded have hardened their hearts and minds against this "greater portion" in spite of our efforts.

 

We wrote the following clue about this in our new American scripture:

It is given unto many to know the mysteries of God; nevertheless they are laid under a strict command that they shall not impart only according to the portion of his word which he doth grant unto the children of men, according to the heed and diligence which they give unto him.

 

And therefore, he that will harden his heart, the same receiveth the lesser portion of the word; and he that will not harden his heart, to him is given the greater portion of the word, until it is given unto him to know the mysteries of God until he know them in full.

 

And they that will harden their hearts, to them is given the lesser portion of the word until they know nothing concerning his mysteries; and then they are taken captive by the devil, and led by his will down to destruction. Now this is what is meant by the chains of hell.
